This is a non-profit course organised primarily for students from our partner universities. As a result, we charge through the participants' universities, and you should refer to their International Offices for details of costs and tuition applicable to their individual cases. The charge will thus vary depending on the university as a result of their internal regulations on study abroad and the validation of credits obtained outside normal courses offered on campus. This is a guarantee that the credits obtained with us will be validated when you return.
Independent students are also welcome when rooms are available and they should contact us directly to enquire about the relevant cost for the whole program.
What is included:
* Accommodation from Saturday night 7 June to Saturday morning
5 July 2008 on a double-room sharing basis, continental breakfast included.
* Transport during that period (transfers, excursions, etc.) including transport from Brussels to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Normandy, then on to Paris and Barcelona
* All classes, visits and excursions organized by the program (except entrance fees to museums).
* Access to PC, Internet and library at host institutions when available.
* Course material, hand-outs & pre-program material.
* Secretarial help to organise post-program itinerary or deal with personal enquiries.
* Several functions such as welcome / farewell drinks in each location, the final farewell dinner in Barcelona
* Assistance by Graduate Assistant and Program Directors.
What is not included:
* Air fare to Europe, transport from the airport on arrival and to the airport or station on departure.
* Medical and travel insurance.
* All meals not offered by the program.
* Single accommodation. A supplement of €uros 750 is charged for single room accommodation for the 4 weeks. This should be paid on registration & through your university. After arrival, it may prove difficult to obtain such accommodation. A single room is for one person only -- guests will have to be charged the full price when joining you, as the hotel will then charge us for a double-room as a result.
* Optional week-end trips (London, etc. (see internet sites such as Eurostar or LD Lines Ferries for rates ).
