City Tour:2
1/2 hours around, across and within the city of Brussels -- from
Manneken Piss and Grand Place, the Triumphal Arch and EU Parliament
--the Art Nouveau houses and the Sablon district.
Our
famous guide led the tour after a classroom presentation of
the history of Belgium that proved useful when he was showing us the
various spots.
Sunday morning...but already the time for our first project meetings with Professor Kovarski..

Sunday 3 - 5.30pm ! First marketing class !
Then Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were on EU issues with Professor Bob Morgan. This included briefings at the EU Commission
All
this would provide the material for our paper on the EU and the Friday
quizz...but also for the projects where we were trying to address
issues about import quotas, regulations and contracts.
Finally, the last two days were devoted to EU Business Law -- with Professor Tim Birtwistle
However, it was not all work and no play..
(well, sort of..)

.....and we had our favorite bars.....(modern art (discrete) rendering!)
...and lots of bills to split in €uros !
